In many communities, young people lack role models and opportunities to practice leadership. Without guidance, they struggle to influence their communities or find purpose beyond survival. Through leadership seminars, mentoring sessions, and practical involvement in community activities, our Leadership Development project nurtures a new generation of leaders who are grounded in integrity, faith, and responsibility. These young people return to their schools, churches, and villages as change agents, multiplying the impact far beyond the training room.
