At Impact Life Mission, we believe that leadership is not about power or position, it’s about serving others. Our recent Leadership Training brought together passionate individuals eager to make a difference in their communities. Over the course of the program, participants engaged in dynamic teaching sessions, group discussions, and practical exercises designed to uncover their leadership potential. The training was built around servant leadership principles, showing how humility, integrity, and a heart for people create lasting influence. We also challenged participants to align their leadership with the example of Jesus — leading with love, courage, and vision. Through Scripture, they discovered their biblical identity, gained clarity about their purpose, and learned actionable strategies to lead effectively in their areas of calling. As one participant shared: “I always thought leadership was about position. Now I understand it’s about service and responsibility before God.” By the end of the training, every leader walked away not only equipped with skills but also spiritually strengthened to impact lives.
